  • All obvious odds or market errors (e.g., the wrong team has the odds) may be void or corrected.
  • If you chose to bet on an event but were not able to because of a technical issue, you will be refunded your stake.

2. Casino & Live Game Rules

  • All results of games are determined by independent RNGs or licensed live dealers.
  • In the event of a disconnection while you are playing:
    • The game resumes when you connect again, or

  • Any points regarding technical malfunctions (e.g., server errors) will void the round, and the stake will be refunded to your account.

5. Multiple Bets and Cancellation

  • A player may not cancel or amend a bet once it has been confirmed in the bet history, except where these rules provide for a refund or correction.

6. Rules for Account Closure and Self-Excluded Players

  • Open bets remain valid and will be settled normally even if an account is closed or self-excluded after placement.
  • Winnings from those bets are paid out through the standard withdrawal process.
