With the signup process to Winfix, you agree to the Terms and Conditions which have been put in place for the purpose of ensuring safety of all parties involved.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Winfix. 1. Eligibility

Work with another user to collude or cheat on games

In either scenario, the company would withhold winnings made on gaming events and close the account permanently.

Investigation of breaches: Suspected breaches are reviewed by our compliance team, which may temporarily pause an account during the investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, remaining deposits (excluding forfeited winnings) may be returned to the original payment method.

4. Bonuses and Promotions
